  • How to Rent from ROBOPARTS:
  • Browse & Reserve Online: Use our online shop to find the components you need. Add them to your cart, select your desired rental period (from a single day to a full semester), and check out securely online using your preferred payment method.
  • Get Your Pickup Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, we'll get your components tested and ready. You'll receive an email notification with the exact pickup time and location details right here on campus.
  • Build & Return: Pick up your parts and start building your amazing project! When your rental period is over, simply return the components to the same pickup spot during the designated hours. We'll check them in, and you're all set.

  • Q: What happens if I accidentally break a component?
  • A: We know accidents happen during projects! We have a fair and transparent damage policy. For minor, common components, there is a small replacement fee. For more expensive items like a Raspberry Pi, the fee is based on the repair or replacement cost. Please let us know immediately if something goes wrong. We're students too, and we promise to be reasonable.

    Q: Where is the pickup and drop-off location?

    A: Our pickup and drop-off point is located conveniently right inside the university campus to make it as easy as possible for you. and available times will be confirmed in your order email.

    Q: What payment methods do you accept?

    A: We accept all major online payment methods, including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking, all processed securely through our website's payment gateway.

    Q: Can I extend my rental period?

    A: Yes! As long as the component isn't already reserved by someone else, you can easily extend your rental through your online account. Just log in before your rental is due and select the new return date.

    Q: Do you offer any technical help?

    A: We guarantee that every component you rent is fully tested and in perfect working order. While we can't debug your code or circuits, we provide links to official documentation and popular tutorials on each product page to help you get started.
